BEFORE THE SESSION
First, we set up a Zoom call a few days before the session and define what kind of session you're interested in and which one suits you best.
I will also send you a Prep Guide – a brief explanation of how to prepare for the session to get the best out of it.

THERE ARE NO PACKAGES. THERE IS A BASKET.
You pay for the result. Not for the time spent in the studio or the number of looks and backgrounds we use.
Even if you're tight on schedule and only have 15 minutes to shoot, rest assured you'll get the best out of it. Just let me know your time limits in advance so I can prepare accordingly.
Throughout the session, we'll capture plenty of shots. Afterward, we'll review them together, selecting the best ones that fit your needs, vision, or budget.
YOU TELL ME THE COST.
You determine the cost of your session after seeing the shots. And you only pay for the final images + flat session fee.
All selected pictures will undergo manual retouching and be delivered within a week via file-sharing hosting.
HEADSHOT SESSION
In a headshot session, we'll focus on capturing your authentic facial expressions, aiming for a personal image that truly represents the real you. You don't need any professional posing skills – trust me to handle that. Lit by the world's best lighting setup for headshots, you'll not only receive high-quality images but also gain experience to look great in front of any camera for life. It's simple and worthwhile.
No strict time or wardrobe limits – bring as much clothing as you'd like, allowing us to choose options that suit you best. We'll experiment with different background colors to find the perfect light-color combination, resulting in a variety of looks for you to choose from.
Session Fee – €200 (no strict time and wardrobe limits)
+ Per Image Fee (includes retouching) – €100

PORTRAIT SESSION
The portrait session is a creative journey where we capture a multitude of images involving various body positions, different lighting, and even reference shots upon request. Classic headshots are also part of the portrait session. By the end, you'll have a more extensive variety of images, ensuring you have everything you might need.
Portrait sessions typically take more time, so be prepared to dedicate 3-4 hours. Bring along plenty of clothing that aligns with your preferences.
Session Fee – €400 (no strict time and wardrobe limits)
+ Per Image Fee (includes retouching) – €100
Women’s Makeup (recommended) – €150
GROUP RATES & CORPORATE HEADSHOT SESSIONS IN-STUDIO AND ON LOCATION
This is ideal for companies valuing a strong, consistent "Meet the Team" page for a competitive branding edge. Sessions can be arranged in the Barcelona studio or at a location of your choice — no need for a specially equipped space, a simple meeting room will suffice.
IN BARCELONA STUDIO (recommended for small groups of 5-10 people)
This is an option when each member of your team gets an individual headshot mini-session (15-30 min) so we can try a few looks and see what looks best. The studio is located in the very center of Barcelona, near Arc de Triomf.
Session Fee – €400 (no strict time and wardrobe limits)
+ Per Image/Person Fee (includes retouching) – €100
AT YOUR LOCATION (recommended for medium-sized groups of 20-50 people)
Time is the most valuable asset for any business. If you need to update headshots for the entire company while keeping operations running smoothly, let me save you hours (or even days) by bringing my studio to you!
Each shoot takes about 5 minutes per person. Once it’s done, I’ll handle the retouching, and within a few days, your company will receive premium headshots ready for use online.
All that’s required for an on-location session is a space of 30-50 sq m with a power supply, and an assistant to help coordinate the shooting schedule.
Session Fee – €800* (It covers one shooting day at a location of your choosing and doesn’t include travel expenses to and from location)
+ Per Image/Person Fee (includes retouching) – €100
HEADSHOT BOOTH AT YOUR EVENT (recommended for large groups of 50+ people)
This is an ideal option for large events when the entire team, from different departments, cities, or even continents, gathers for a limited time, giving attendees the chance to update their headshots right on-site!
Each participant will receive several professional headshots, complete with color correction to ensure perfect quality for online use.
Session Fee – €2400* (It covers one full shooting day at a location of your choice and excludes travel expenses to and from the location)
Includes an UNLIMITED number of individuals and ALL non-retouched images, which participants can receive immediately.
*As shooting requirements on location can vary in complexity, please reach out for detailed information. We will assess the cost and determine the best-suited option for you.
To secure the date and time of your session, an upfront deposit of 50% of the session fee is required. The remaining amount is due after the session and before the final images are released. Any additional costs or necessary expenses incurred during the shoot will be added to your final invoice.
PROOFING GALLERY
If you don’t have time to choose the final images after the session or need someone else’s opinion, I can provide you with a Proofing Gallery.
After the session, you’ll receive a link with a password, granting access to preview the images. You can share it with those involved in the selection process, mark your favorites, and leave comments next to the shots.
